Meat is a precious commodity – therefore, we believe in preparing it only in the best possible way. For LEONARDO fresh Meat, we use fresh meat and largely avoid pre-dried meat meal. With our particularly gentle Fresh Meat Technology, the fresh meat is processed directly into a croquette. This eliminates the need for pre-drying steps, and the ingredients remain fresh until shortly before processing. Only in this way can the full flavor of the meat unfold in the croquette.
