Refund policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.




Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 1 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

What are your delivery timeframes and coverage areas?

We deliver ourselves in Dahab, and use local delivery companies to deliver to Sharm and Nuweiba.

Dahab: We deliver orders placed by 7pm on the same day. Delivery is usually possible within 1 hour of placing your order, or at your preferred time. You can state this in the Notes section when making your order.

Sharm: Deliveries to Sharm usually take 2-3 days, but we can not guarantee a specific delivery time. Should you not be at home, the driver can leave your order with security or outside your door/with a neighbour.

Nuweiba: Deliveries to Nuweiba usually take 1-2 days. The delivery company can deliver to addresses inside Nuweiba. If you live outside Nuweiba, you can pick up your order from the delivery company's office in Nuweiba.

Dahab: free for orders over 1000 LE, otherwise 50 LE will be charged for delivery.

Sharm & Nuweiba: free for orders over 2000 LE, otherwise 200 LE will be charged for delivery.

We understand that convenience matters.

In Dahab, you can ask for a specific delivery time between 11am and 8pm by adding a note to your order or messaging us.

As we use partner companies to deliver to Sharm and Nuweiba, we have no control over their schedule. While we try our best to inform our customers of an estimated timeframe for their delivery, this is not always possible. However, you can let us know your preferred day for delivery, and leave instructions for where to leave your order should you not be at home (add a note to your order or send us a message).
